MOVERS SPECIALISTS APP 101 Tutorial

Have you heard of The Movers Specialists App? If not you don't know what you are missing. This is the fast and easiest way to find reputable and certified crews for your next load or unload of household goods. Plus features a CAT Scale locator, Tailgate List, and Crew Reviews posted by drivers. If you have then you already know the basics of the app but this blog tutorial might show you a few tricks and tips to help you along the way. What is The Movers Specialists App? For those of you not familiar with The Movers Specialists App it is an app developed by The Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Professional Movers Facebook Group that converted our database (List) of over 700 crew leaders spanning the continental United State and parts of Canada into a very user friendly format that is available in both an online and a downloadable versions. How do you find and contact a Movers Specialist Crew Leaders Listing? First off let's open The Movers Specialists App Click Here. this will open the disclaimer of the app. Read the disclaimer and click OK.

Once you click OK you will be directed to The Crew Leader By State tab.

This is where you choose the state you need to find a Movers Specialist Crew for your next job. For this tutorial will will be looking the the great state of Nebraska. Click on Nebraska.

Once you click on Nebraska you will be directed to the Nebraska tab.

This is where you choose the Movers Specialist Crew for your next job. For this tutorial will will be looking at the URelax Nebraska Crew of Roberto Blake. Click on Roberto Blake.

Once you click on Roberto Blake you will be directed to the Roberto Blake tab.

This is where you will find all the information about the crew. (Crew size, Travel distances with fuel charges, Travel distances without fuel charge, If they cover military bases, Preferred method of contact, and Labor Rates.

To quickly call the Crew Leader (Roberto) click on the the blue phone symbol. This will export his phone number to your device.

To quickly text the Crew Leader (Roberto) click on the the blue messenger symbol.. This will export his phone number to messages your device.

What is the Do Not Use Crew?

This is the list of crews that have been removed from The Movers Specialists App for one reason or another (No Call/No Show, Theft, Unprofessional Behavior, ect). This list is there to worn the drivers/dispatches of known issues with the crew. No crew listed on the Do Not Use Crew List is vouched for by

The Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Professional Movers or Moversspecialists.com.

Where can you find the Do Not Use Crews List?

The Do Not Use Crew List can be found by clicking the Do Not Use tab Located at the bottom center of the app.

Once you click on Do Not Use Crews you will be directed to the Do Not Use Crews tab.

This is where you choose the state to see the Do Not Use Crew to AVOID for your next job.

For this tutorial will will be looking the the great state of New York. Click on New York.

You will see the Crew Leaders Name and the Reason they have been placed on the Do Not Use Crew List

What is a Crew Review?

Crew reviews are posted by drivers only through the app. Reviewing the performance and professionalism a crew that they recently used.

Where can you find the Crew Reviews?

The Crew Reviews can be found by clicking the Crew Reviews tab Located at the bottom right of the app.

Once you click on Crew Reviews you will be directed to the Crew Reviews tab.

You will find Crew Leaders names in alphabetical order. Just Click on the Crew Leader's Name to open the list of Reviews

For this tutorial will will be looking at the Reviews for the URelax Nebraska Crew of Roberto Blake. Click on Roberto Blake.

To See a detailed and complete view of the review just click on the review.

For this tutorial will will be looking at the Review by Phil Having for the URelax Nebraska Crew of Roberto Blake.

Click on Phil Having's Review

Now you can see Driver's name and Company, Crew Members Sent to Job, Date of Job, ECT.

How do you submit a Crew Review?

To submit a crew review click on the 3 horizontal lines on the upper left hand corner of the app. This will open the drop down menu list.

Then click on Submit Crew Review

Fill in the form and submit by clicking Save.

Your crew review is now submitting if clearification or more info is needed we will contact you. All review are subject to verification.

Misuse of crew reviews by any crew leader or crew member(False Reviews/Self Reviews) will result in the immediate removal of the volating member from The Movers Specialists List and The Facebook Group.

What other features does The Movers Specialist App have?

To find the other features click on the 3 horizontal lines on the upper left hand corner of the app. This will open the drop down menu list.

How do you quick search The Movers Specialists App?

This is one of the best features of the app. In the upper top right corner you will find a magnifying glass.

Here you can quick search anything state, city, crew leader name or number. Just input what you're looking for and and the app will find matches to your search.
