ReCertification Application for CREW LEADERS Walkthrough

WE ARE MAKING A HUGE UPDATE TO THE MOVERS SPECIALISTS LIST OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. ADDING MORE CREW INFORMATION(COVERAGE AREA & LABOR RATES) AND CERTIFYING CREWS THAT HAVE 50% OR MORE OF THEIR LIST CREW COUNT CERTIFIED. ALL CURRENT LISTED CREW LEADERS WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM BY 03/31/2021 OR BE SUBJECT TO POSSIBLE REMOVAL. THIS APPLICATION IS FOR CURRENT LISTED CREW LEADERS ONLY, NOT FOR CREW MEMBERS OR NON-LIST MEMBERS TRYING TO GET ADDED TO THE MOVERS SPECIALISTS LIST.

First you will need to open the ReCertification Application for CREW LEADERS form via this link https://forms.gle/Pa6cd5Zfhezmcbnz6.

Depending on your setting you may have to sign in to your google account or it may automatically have you signed in. If this screen pops up sign into google. Once you sign in it will open the application.

This is the first part of the application, the email address you enter here is the email address we will use from now on to contact you, with updates and important information. Enter Email Address

Then click Next

Again this form is for current listed crew leaders on The Movers Specialists List. Click Yes

Then click Next

The Answers in this sections will be listed and visible to anyone that uses The Movers Specialist List

Select State you live in from drop down list

Enter City you live in/based out of

Enter your First Name

Enter Your Last Name

If your a Jr., Sr, lll, select it here

Enter your phone number

Enter Crew Affiliation or Crew Name

Select Preferred Method of Contact

For Drivers to contact you

Enter coverage area your crew covers from

Base city WITHOUT fuel charge to Driver

Enter coverage area your crew covers from

Base city WITH fuel charge to Driver

Enter number of crew members on your crew

Select if your crew can cover jobs on Base

Enter how many years experience you have as a Crew Leader

Enter the name you use on Facebook in

The Brotherhood and Sisterhood of

Professional Movers Group

Click Next

Select Your Labor Rates

Then click Next

Depending on your selection this section of question my you enter an hourly or flat day rate, or the discuss disclaimer (for this walkthrough we will be using Will Discuss Labor Rates.

Enter either rates or read and select Yes/No

Then Select Next

These Questions in this section are used by the admins only, to verify your information and will never be given or seen by anyone else. There are only 2 ways to submit your CID information.

1. Obtain a LaborNet Consortium Background Check

2. Submit photos of your Valid National Van Line (N. American, Atlas, United...) CID Card and State Issued ID

Select whichever way you want to submit your background check information.

We will walkthrough all 3 selections to help better understand this section.

If you select LaborNet Consortium Background Check

Enter the name used to register/sign up with LaberNet

Enter Expiration date of Consortium Check

Found in Email sent by LaborNet when you were notified of background check passing.

Then Click Next

If you select National Van Line CID Card and State Issued ID

Click Add file

Click Select file from your device

Select the photo of your CID CARD or Screenshot of EMAIL confirming you background check Then click Upload

Do this for both CID CARD/EMAIL and Photo ID

Once both files are uploaded Click Next

If you select Don't Have a Valid CID #

Select Yes/No

If you would like more information on applying for a free background check select YES if not select NO

Then Click Next

This is the final section of the application

Read each question and Select YES or NO

Then select SUBMIT

CONGRATULATIONS You have now Completed the recertification form.

Once your information has been updated on the list you'll receive an email with the link to the crew members form and your crew code to send to your crew members.
